Fatal error has been encountered during implementation of the Neuronic Lag Syndrome treatment program (NLSTP). The following deviations are detected by NLSTP specialists in the list its evident consequences:
- unmotivated aggression
- worsen gregarious instinct
- vulgar behavior/speech
- non constructive reality perception


As we have no possibility to thoroughly check all the citizens involved, AfterWorld Government has decided to protect at least the beginners. From now on and until special notice the following zones are stated as non-PvP:


Saransk
Saransk East
Saransk South
Saransk South-West
Saransk West
Saransk North-West
Saransk North


Besides, the Government reserves the right to isolate those who reveal any manifestation of the mentioned above deviations.


Those who have already been temporarily isolated for deviations noticed, will be released for close inspection of the treatment methods effectiveness and if found not to be effective a more appropriate means of treatment method will be applied where applicable.
